Teach English in ZhenwushAn Jiedao - Qianxinan Buyizu Miaozu Zizhizh
In this Unit, I learned that Conditionals and reported speech are two fairly advanced parts of speaking the English language. While the sentences can make use of fairly simple grammar and vocabulary, the concepts and ideas behind conditionals and reported speech are what make them more difficult and advanced. There are five different kinds of conditionals. Reported speech Meaning and use If someone says something that you want to tell another person, you can report it using direct speech or reported speech. In direct speech we use speech (or quotation) marks to show the exact words the person said. In regards to reported speech, the most difficult part to teach I think will be the transformation of the tenses from direct to reported, but thankfully the chart on page six illustrates that at least each tense transforms to a specific tense and not multiple possible tenses.
