this unit explains the roles of a good teacher ,and describes those roles and how important to use the right one at the right moment , an effective teaching method requires the teacher to focus not only on personal skills (knowledge,passion for teaching,personality etc) but also on interpersonal skills (teacher student relationship), because in my opinion that's what motivates students most to learn, and makes the difference between a good or bad teacher, because no matter how knowledgeable a teacher is about the subject he is teaching as long as he communicates it bad to his students they would easily lose interest and motivation , i also learned from this unit the characteristics of a good learner and what distinguishes young learners from adults , and at last but not least levels and categorization of students based on how much or less they know about the language .
