After watching the first video, even I felt confused. The first impression is very important; teacher appeared as rude and cruel person, who didn?t encourage his students, didn?t present the language point material in a right order with a good pinch of explanations, he didn?t provide any examples and didn?t use engage stage, his mime, gestures and place in the classroom was quite unfriendly, that?s why students felt confused and didn?t want to participate in a lesson. In the second class teacher used different teaching methods to explain and teach new language. First of all, he introduced himself, spoke slower and friendlier with a smile and gestures, he used right ESA lesson order to make lesson sequence understandable for each student. He made a rapport with students: using their names and used different order of students to answer the question.
