Unit 19 is called Teaching Special Groups, however, it gives an overview of what you can expect when teaching all kinds of groups. It begins by describing the different beginner groups that can be encountered, whether they are children or adults and the other characteristics that may distinguish them. The unit provides techniques and methodologies for teaching, motivating students, and addressing common problems. It goes on to discuss one-on-one classes, which in my experience teaching adults is very common and comes with its own benefits and challenges. Later, the unit gives suggestions about teaching children, including class management and disciplining. However, the unit mostly centers on common problems that may arise in the different types of groups and how a teacher can go about addressing them. I found the section on class management and lesson planning especially helpful.
