This lesson was interesting, I have mostly worked with these groups before. For example, in beginners I learnt to teach the vocabulary needed for simple instructions, to make the lessons simple and varied, and to prepare enough but not try to race. With younger kids, to keep it short and simple, and use variation, and match to their interests. To use mime, be prepared to make fun of self, to use visuals. Talk about what they are doing at the moment, use language for what is here presently. For business, a needs analysis is important to find out what they want or need to learn, what are their strengths and weaknesses etc. Then to prepare lessons which fit these needs, and to get feedback e.g. mid term feedback paper - shows caring and also if need to adjust.
