In this unit I have learned methods for improving the rapport between teachers and students and also between students and students. This is necessary because there needs to be a certain amount of confidence and familiarity between one another. I also learned the different seating arrangements and methods that help the students be more interested in the lessons. Lastly I learned the different types of methods that I can use to discipline and prevent the need of discipline. All the things I learned in this lesson are crutial because they help me understand what could help that all the students participate during lessons. Since there is most likely to always be shy students, confident students, students who don't work well with others and those who have an easier time learning when working with others. So with this I will be able to ensure each student is able to learn and be more inclined to participate.
