This unit is based around the two ESA demonstration videos. The two videos are designed to be viewed in conjunction, one after the other. I watched the same lesson being taught twice to groups of Thai students of English. Second lesson is being taught effectively, while in the other lesson the same teacher was deliberately made a number of basic errors. I was recognize both the good and bad and this will help me make the right decision in the classroom. After watching the videos I can see how is imported the teacher smiles that helps the students feel comfortable; the teacher does use gestures and miming to help the students produce more vocabulary; the attitude that the teacher comes into class with will have a profound effect on the success of the lesson. The teacher does effectively does the work for the students in the second lessons by using all these techniques, that weren't used in the first lesson.
