After completing this unit the first thing that I realised is just how important conditionals actually are, and without them, it will be nearly impossible for people to talk about hopes, wishes, consequences, regrets and dreams. i think students who can?t use conditionals, will find it difficult to express these things. Also for a teacher to get across the right message It?s important to use the correct structure for each of these different conditional sentences because they express varying meanings. ? feel that I find that the teaching method of presenting one conditional pattern on its own, means that students will only remember and be able to use that one type. so ? think learning about conditionals all together is better because if learning individually, students probably won?t remember the previous pattern that was taught well enough to keep them both straight, and this could lead to confusion.
