I'll confess; I didn't learn a lot from this unit that I didn't already know - I've been working as a teacher for the last 4 years and routinely give seminars on lesson planning, unit planning and strategising. I appreciate that creating a test for this kind of module is difficult, but I despise this test. It ignores two FUNDAMENTAL aspects of lesson planning; the style of the students and the style of the teacher. For example; questions 7 and 8 could easily be reversed. If a class is subdued, I would want to feed them examples before eliciting. If they are more outgoing, I would want to elicit and then work their language into my examples. As a further example, 11,12 and 13 can all be changed around depending on needs or changing lesson conditions. I referred to Unit 3 in order to find \"correct\" answers in the context of the test, but I feel that this unit would be better served by a short written test evaluated by tutors.
