This unit was most interesting for me. My teaching would be mostly one on one teaching. I have been living in Thailand for four years. I live in a small village. I am working in our family owed business dealing with customers all of which are Thai. I have people asking me to teach them which is the reason I signed up for this course. This unit has taught me techniques for teaching small children. I have been teaching the young kids that come in with their parents English when they come in using the suggested techniques in the unit not realizing I was doing it correctly. I had ordered custom curtains for my home the sales person was Thai speaking little English. She had brought along with her a woman who spoke more English to help translate between her and I. The translator asked me if I would be able to teach her conversation English pertaining to the business of custom curtains. The needs analysis section will aid me in teaching her.
