In the Unit 1 I have learnt what qualities should possess both 'good teacher' and 'good learner'. Personally I can relate to both sides, because not a being a native speaker of English language I have a long history of learning it, and at the same time having two years of teaching experience I understand how much effort one needs to inspire, motivate and support his or her students to learn English language overcoming all the obstacles and all the difficulties. I believe, this Unit although it might seem simple, contains some essential information, that before studying it I only understood on some intuitive level. Also I would like to emphasize the importance of the part, which gives descriptions of roles the teacher plays in class; it gave me some clear outlook and even helped to realize some mistakes I was doing in my teaching practice before. All in all, Unit 1 gave me a perspective on how much I still have to learn to become a good teacher.
