Classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organised , focused, attentive and academically productive during the class. There is no need that the teacher should be an extrovert to be a good teacher. For a class to be able to learn effectively the teacher must be able to inspire confidence in the students. We must know when to be firm and when to leave the students alone.
