It outlines what makes both a teacher and a learner to be considered as good.Equally, it makes it clear that different types of activities need to be employed in order to achieve specific learning outcomes.This unit also brings out the three categories of young learners and their description, not leaving out the differences that exist between adult and young learners, and the reasons for attending classes or studying the English Language. Above all, what i have learnt from this unit is that, rapport between students and teachers is very complex and important. thus, an enthusiastic, motivated and caring teacher is much more likely to have successful students.The teacher being a role model automatically passes on his or her positive or negative attitudes to his or her learners.This is because the learners sees the teacher as the one who \"knows all\" and will want to copy what they do.
