As a teacher, we should use a variety of methods to teach different students according to their own characteristics and their own levels. During the teaching time, we should observe them carefully then give them some suggestion and help. Please note that teachers should be patient and smile all the time. However it is not enough for teacher to only use a variety of methods in our lessons. In my opinion, mistakes and feedback are also important. As teachers we shouldn't talk about mistakes when they do the engage stage in order to create interest in our lesson. We can help them to find mistakes when we do the study and activity stage. We can help them after school or one by one if necessary. Feedback is also necessary. Students need to be given our feedback when they finished our lesson or homework. From the feedback we can get more knowledge about our students. Teachers should correct their feedback carefully and in time. At last teachers should use professional symbols to correct students' mistakes.
