Before I write my reflection, I have one suggestion for the question format in this unit test. It would be less confusing for the respondent if, in each question, the tense of the verb being referenced was underlined or highlighted. Unit 4 describes in great detail the four \"Present\" tenses that are used in the TEFL courses. The grammatical construction of the 3 forms (positive, negative & question) are explained clearly, as well as the usages for each of these four Present tenses. The sample sentences were critical and helped make clear the usages for each Present tense. Although I use all four of these Present tenses every day, I found I needed to find \"key words\" for each tense to keep from getting confused by the text. For example: do, be, have and have been were the key words I used to identify the type of tense. I found the past and present participles easy to remember and use, but I can certainly see how a non-native speaker would have to struggle to memorize the irregular verbs.
