In a nutshell, for the flock entrusted to a teacher to be able to learn effectively, or, by the same token, for the teacher to be able to deliver effectively on his/her contractual and ethical duties, he/she has to internalize and be able to implement classroom management skills, which are being imparted at length in this unit, whereas only boots on the ground can ensure one's style of teaching in time.
