The last unit is about common problem situation teacher can encounter in the classroom .New classes are vital for the teacher to establish rapport with the students .we have new and existing groups .With new groups the teacher has to ensure that every one feel comfortable and know each other while existing classes students already now each other and are comfortable in class .For the first lesson the teacher should not focus on the course book ,but initiate interesting activities for the learners ,find out about students and know their English level and more .warmers are important before the teacher initiates the lesson for the day so as to get students relax.With kids of different levels to solve this problem the teacher need to be technical by dividing them in groups depending on the level giving them different task .With a large class the teacher face a problem to get all students involved to solve this he needs group activity , worksheet and choral repetition to name a few.This equally apply with reluctant students pair them and do role play
