This was the most informative unit because it put me at ease with everything I need to know about business English and teachers development. I am now more confident about looking for a teaching position anywhere in the world. I am now more than ready to start applying for jobs.In this unit, we can see the ESA stucture. For example: Patchwork, Boomerang or Straight Arrow are part of the ESA structure. We can also see the different phases of learning. There are 3 phases: Engage, Study and Activate. Thanks to this unit, I know how my students learn now.It has been a while since I have needed to study Grammer and I found it refreshing to do this. I can see how getting this right when teaching students can actively help them in their study. Finding the right structure to teach different ages groups/ skill level definitly helps.
