This unit has really made my understanding of different tests better. I was always mixing them up. The norm and criterion referencing were a bit confusing, but now I am fine. I am now very confident about when and how I should test the students as the unit clarified everything.In this unit we can check how to help our students to learn better. We can follow differents ways, but the important is our students have clear our aim. Finally, in Unit 10 I can check it, if we have a good encourage and good teaching, our students can learn faster and better.In this content we have learned that it is very important to make sure that your students are productive or else they will never learn or be motivated to learn. They gave out some good information not only on how to motivate students, but how to continue to keep them motivated.
