The basic I have learnt is that every teacher must have a lesson [on plan as this will help the teacher to have the information at his finger tip secondly incase the teacher is sick the lesson can still go on as the lesson plan will enable another teacher to continue the lesson.This Unit separated and explained different types of teaching methods and which traits make for an overall better learning environment. This was helpful so I could define more clearly and with accuracy my personal approach, added to it a number of activities from the ESA stages.This unit covered the differing types of tests that either teachers or institutions may offer regarding language courses, specifically in English.I found it to be helpful to define the varying types of tests that can be used in order to access and help my students in the future.
