The importance of planning is also a major factor. Reasons are given why the teachers plan their lessons, for future records.It was extremely useful to remember the benefits of using pairwork as much as possible. I also agree that it reduces the stress that students face while speaking in front of the whole class. I also found useful information on how to reduce time spent with your back to the students.I liked learning about phonemic systems, i didnt really know them before and cant say i know them fluently now but i have a good idea of their use and how to read them. This unit is really helping in teaching ideas for the students to understand how words are pronounced in English.
