This unit describes the possibility of having to teach English to Business students. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this type of lesson and gives good examples of activities that could be used as part of the lesson. A needs analysis questionnaire is also included.Although a teacher goes through all different stages when teaching, it is interesting to know the characteristic of those stages, when to use them, in what situations, with what kind of students (more or less advanced). The ideas for the phases, given towards the end are very useful.I like the ideas for engaging the students. It helps other than studying the textbooks and working on the worksheets. However, the class could be a little noisy which is unacceptable in my school. But I believe I can apply them and work appropriately with the students in my class.
