This unit provided an overview of the most commonly used teaching material that can be utilised by ESL teachers in their classrooms. It provided an explanation of what each material could be used for and provides advice on how best to prepare for using specific materials like OHPs and audio/audiovisual tools - like CD/DVD players.This is a very important stage developing the tenses as it helps string sentences together. It helps put past, present and future situations into perspective for people to understand and communicate on a respectable level. Past, present and future tenses are key to all languages being understood and spoken on a professional basis.
