Having a solid base in the Tense System is vital to being an effective EFL teacher. It is often the most challenging aspect of learning and teaching a language, but nothing to be fearful of. In this unit, we focused on four present tenses, the present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and the present perfect continuous.This lesson has been the most interesting so far to me. The different methods of motivating and animating students is one of the most important set of tools to help ensure the effectiveness of a lesson and a students excitement to learn. I agree that things as simple as being fun and encouraging with gentle corrections is vital.
