This unit covered the present tense in its four forms: present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. It provided basic sentence composition for the affirmative, negative, and question structure of each form. I learned that each tense: past, present, and future all have four tenses of their own.This is a refresher for me. It's great to have this unit because I was able to review the parts of speech. I myself am guilty, that there are times I tend to misuse them. And these are one of the significant things we should effectively teach to our students because these would be the bread and butter of their communication skills.
