This unit helped me a lot. Now I know that to plan a lesson is necessary, but also in this plan I need to include flexibility, small changes, and go as the student needs. As teachers we have to see the need of the class and the lesson, going with the flow, putting the rigidity aside and focusing on the student need despite the plan.This lesson mainly focus on how to evaluate and test students' English levels and progress. Although grading students isn't the most important part in ESL teaching, it's a good way to know if students are fully understand the course they had taken through and it's good to know the students' level before the new level/ course begins.
