Unit 4 has been more about the technical side of grammar. Being a native English speaker, I still have difficulty when asked why we write a sentence the way we do and I feel that this unit has helped me memorize the rules of writing correctly. I also liked the way I was able to have more questions on the task sheets given in Unit 4.The unit explained the past tenses: past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous, the affirmative, negative and question forms; when and how those are used. There have been given example of typical student mistakes and also some teaching ideas, such as: ''Detective game'', use of diaries or telling stories.
