The unit dealt with the two productive skills - speaking and writing. It has presented and discussed accuracy and fluency in the two skills and also the different activities to address accuracy and fluency of learners. There is also an example of an ESA lesson which could be used as guides of teachers in delivering a writing lesson.This unit gave many pointers on how to have the most effective and positive influence on students. Starting with the reminder all different type of people can be good teachers just by using their own strengths. Voice, body language, eye contact, and proper balance of teacher talk time can make or break an entire classes performance.
