In the first video the teacher corrects the students in a way that offends and affect their motivation whiles the second video the teacher is much encouraging and sensitive to the students reaction.In the first video we have more teacher talk time as compare to the second video.In the second video as compared with the first one, there was a good presentation of the language point,practised by the students in a more controlled way until the production stage where they become more creative with the new language.A good teacher should always make the lesson vary and interesting which helps to build a rapport between his/herself and the students.Even as a teacher is much concern about his/her teaching,the learning of the students should be consider more during an activity in class and that will make the lesson more effective and productive at the end.The role expected by a teacher in the class is much dependant on the kind of activity,yet still he/she should be flexible and ready to adapt to a convenient and helpful role when there is the need to do so.Teachers are also to be lively and entertaining to increase the participation and confidence level of the students.
