The management in a class plays a big role in whole process of language learning. Everything is important. Seats arrangement, teacher's position in class, using visuals as well as rapport of student's and teacher and interpersonal relations among student have a big influence on learning progress. Teacher always has to pay attention and control the level of students envolvement , to notice if any problems exist in individual's behaviour and try to sort it out immediately. It's better to put more strict control in the beginning and then make it looser then vice versa. Depending on the age, language level of the students teacher can choose paintwork activities, group work or individual tasks. All of them have their pros and cons which also must be considered.
