In this unit i have learned that the Future has different tenses, The future is one of the most complex areas of the English language. There are normally 7 forms: -1.The future simple: Future facts and certainties, Promises, Predictions , Assumptions/speculations, Spontaneous decisions and Threats. -2.The future continuous: To say that something will be in progress at a particular moment in the future, To predict the present to say what we think or guess might be happening now, For polite inquiries referring to other peoples plans, but not to influence the listeners intentions and To refer to future events which are fixed or decided (without suggesting personal intention. -3.The future perfect: Used to say that something will have been done, completed. -4.The future perfect continuous: We can use the future perfect continuous to say how long something will have. -5.Be going + infinitive: Intentions, Predictions based on present evidence and Plans. -6.The present simple: To suggest a more formal situation, For timetables and schedules and To suggest a more impersonal tone. -7.The present continuous: For definite arrangements and for decisions and plans without a time frame.
