I have learned that in the past tense alone , (standing by itself) , there really are many different forms and situations for using the 4 various past tenses. I do hold strong knowledge in the past, present and future tenses, sentences and structures, however I now know the depths, technicalities and principles that the different past tenses are based upon. It is also vital for me, the teacher to know the irregular and regular verb forms as well as common errors, mistakes and usages for the 4 tenses. Most importantly for this unit , I have attained sample activate teaching ideas for the various past tenses which will help me during lessons.
