I learned about both of the productive skills: writing and speaking. An important fact about writing is that although handwriting is individual, teachers must try to have students write in a legible manner in order for it not to be an obstacle to the student. I also learned that we must be aware of other languages' structure and, in regards to the speaking skill, their different pronunciation rules. The lesson states that English is a hard language because it is not phonetic, therefore it is a challenge. The lesson also emphasizes the importance of using games in the classroom, in order to motivate and interest students while they learn.
