Verbs in English have four principal forms which include base form, past simple, past participle, present participle. Auxiliary verbs help give a sentence structure, they include, have, is, and do. There are five major types of adverbs, manner, place, time, degree, and Frequency. adverbs usually go after the object of a transitive verb, and following an intransitive verb. a gerund is the ing form of a verb used as a noun. There are four types of pronouns, personal, reflexive, possessive, and relative. There are three main types of pronouns time, movement, and position. Conjunctions have two main functions, they join words of the same class, and they join together two clauses.
