Teach English in Dongshi Zhen - Meizhou Shi
This unit has truly been very informative for the reason that it provides abundant insights and general information on how the teaching learning process should be developed by the teacher and the learners themselves as I am going to sum this unit up shedding light on the similarities and differences of both the teacher and the learner. On the one hand, and concerning the similarities, both the teacher and the learner should get to cherish what they do in order to develop decent values for their apprenticeship such as respecting each other, hardworking and helping create an environment so that both of them work smoothly and at ease. Moreover, they both should be good participants, the learner should fully participate in the learning process and all stages of the lesson so as to absorb the details of the activity learned and so should the teacher through getting involved in a conversation group of an uneven number in order to play a student`s role. On the other hand, and in relation to the dissimilarities, only the teacher should be able to boost and engage all the learners in the several stages of the lesson taking into consideration the dyslexic ones as well as their all sensitive part. ?n addition. they have to master and possess astounding language content because they are considered as models in the eyes of the learners. There are also other very priceless information mentioned in the course of the unit such as the differences between the learners who descend from different cultures, races, religions, beliefs and ages. Firstly, learners are divided into three main groups: post-puberty, pre-puberty and very young learners and all of them are distinguished in terms of motivation and interest in language, learning and life experience as well as behaviour problems and their language level.
