This unit covers how to have the students speaking and writing more in the classroom. Student interaction is of utmost importance if the students are to be able effectively use the knowledge they have gained in the classroom. Therefore it is important that the teacher always makes the school environment a space where everyone can feel safe speaking.This was a very interesting unit where questions on the Straight Arrow lesson was useful and also consolidating. I also discovered that all skills are equally just as important when teaching English and that we should try to incorporate all such skills in each of our lessons. In this way students will become more confident in using the language.
