This unit discussed ESA and gave descriptions of activities that fit these categories. I learned what my role in each of these categories is and why I should respect the students' ability to teach themselves and explore language amongst themselves. I also better understand when it is appropriate to correct students and when I should not say anything.The four different past tense forms in the unit were well informed and taught in this specific unit. It was easy to understand and comprehend. After learning the different forms of the present tense, this unit was easier to understand. It may be difficult to explain or teach non-native English speakers of this specific unit of past tense information.
