Classroom management is a term which teachers use to describe the process of ensuring that class room run smoothly despite disruptive behavior by some students. The term also implies the prevention of disruptive behavior. This unit has given me directions to use to create a successful learning environment; indeed,having a positive impact on students.This lesson is very valuable because it clarifies what productive skills are; speaking and writing. One of the important things about this the lesson is how to incorporate games into the lesson in order to get more student interaction during the lesson. Also, to have the students work in pairs to get rid of individual stress that students might have.
