Unit 8 goes over the productive skills - writing and speaking. These skills require different lesson styles and activities. Accuracy and fluency must both be considered at different points in the lesson, as they are both necessary parts of production. Sample activities and games give me a good starting point for planning my own lessons in the future.In this unit I learned about the future tense. The unit covered the 7 different forms of future tense: future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, be going + infinitive, present simple, and present continuous. The unit covered the structure of these seven principles, common usages, teaching ideas, and common mistakes.
