This unit covers various ways and factors in teaching students to read and listen to others speaking another language. It was useful to see the way that a teacher can construct a lesson that highlights the development of these skills. It was also useful to have a list of various skills to develop as a way of keeping units and curriculums well rounded.Watching these two lessons made me realize the difference between good and bad teachers! For most of my time in school I have had several teachers teaching a foreign language to myself, and it is easy to depict great and terrible teachers. These two videos easily demonstrated that. A large part of a lesson definitely depends on the teacher's attitude.
