In this unit a number of teaching themes are considered. These themes can be applied to a range of contents and situations. Within each section lesson examples are given to show the actual usage of the methodology. There are sections which deals with particular language lessons such as the language of telephoning and the language used in meetings ,etc.Chapter 3 was a great unit for setting up and managing a class room. It is a good reminder to take into account student nationality and learning expectations. I also found useful suggestions on teacher talk time and student talk time. Allowing the students to interact with each other in small groups will only reinforce the use of the English Language.
