Lesson planning should always be flexible and reviewed frequently. This is where the multiple combinations of ESA come into place. Lesson planning should never be rigid because it should be highly dependent on the students and their progress. Any changes in the progress of the students should be accompanied by a change in lesson plans.I learned about receptive and productive skills and how to teach them. We learned that a teacher should pick interesting topics that are at an appropriate level of difficulty for the class. Teachers should pre-teach anything that might be difficult before a class reads or listens to a text. All of these are important for full learning.
