This unit was all about the literal sounds letters make and what it sounds like to mesh it all together into a sentence. It discusses the role of stress in sentences, which indicates different meanings. This unit went into detail of phonetics, showing the phonemic alphabet that makes up all the different sounds in the English language.This unit discusses all of the other material one can use in an English language classroom setting. This unit gave me some ideas as to what resources could be used for certain projects and/or goals. I do feel that there could be other things that might be more useful for this course, but it was a simple overview that may come in handy.
