The importance of some grammatical rules was taught in this unit. The reported and direct speech was also very interesting as I never thought of it in depth and this is very beneficial to me for future use in the classroom. Also, I didn't know there were so many conditionals until now.This unit covered modal auxiliary verbs, passive voice, relative clauses and phrasal verbs. The modal auxiliary verbs and the passive voice were the easiest for me to understand. The phrasal verbs were very difficult for me to understand and I still feel as if I need more work on them.This unit was quite difficult to me I got the conditional and reported speech forms confused quite a lot. Mainly because I have been using the wrong form myself for most of my life apparently. This unit though broke it down for me so towards the end I grasp the aspect of this lesson.
