This unit helped me to appreciate the value of assessment. The tests can help the teacher to show areas of class-weaknesses and provide the necessary feedback to the students as well. The teacher must be aware of the different external exams that the students may need to be prepared for.This Unit helped me to understand the process and elements of language that needs to be taught to the learners. It also showed me what not to focus on which means the learning will be more specific and less daunting to the learner. I understand the format of an ESA structured lesson now.I have learned the past tenses which are very important.Because we cannot make correct sentences without knowing the right tenses.So iam happy to learn this unit because it is very important. As a teacher, it is good to know all the different aspect of the tenses.I am happy to learnt it.
