I learned about past tenses here. It was very similar to present tenses. I learned about past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past continuous. Like in the present tense unit, I was given a page explaining each different usage of past tense with some examples to go along with it.In this lesson we learned about phonetics. It was pretty interesting but it was also confusing too. I did not know how complicated it was to teach the English language. All the thought you have to put into it too. I hope I will be able to teach the phonetics as well as they taught it here.This unit covered some of the most common problems that teachers are faced in their classes and provided some good ideas for dealing with them. The practical advice given in the unit in terms of first lessons, different levels and use of native languages have been especially useful for me.
