This chapter teaches us the different points that we must take into account when planning a class. This unit also talks about how important it is to be organized, to be clear about our objectives and to be self-critical and to monitor our own classes in order to be able to improve and develop.This unit was a bit more abstract than the previous ones. I always thought of a lesson plan as something that a teacher had to stick rigidly to or else risk becoming terribly off track. It's good to know that a plan is more of general guidelines to model the plans and goals of a lesson around.It was a good reminder to know the differences between one on one classes and group classes. It was also helpful to know that even with disadvantages, there are steps that can be taken to reduce potential problems. I also found the differences between adult learners and children to be helpful.
