This unit is about planning lesson. a lesson plan is the instructor?s road map of what student need to learn and how it will be done effectively during the class time. This unit said that too much planning could make the class strict and rigid and get teacher inflexible, but inexperienced teacher needs to make lesson plan not to get in trouble which inexperienced teacher would face if they don?t plan lesson. I?m the inexperienced teacher so I came to realize it is what I need to do. Lesson plans would be used as an aid to planning, a working document and a record. I need to be aware of the following basic principle so that I can find my own way. Keep it simple, not to try to script the lesson, keep it flexible etc. And monitoring lessons is as important as planning lessons. Self-evaluation is a powerful tool that will help me become a better teacher evaluating teacher after lesson is over give me insights that may save me lots of problem later When I plan sequence of lessons, there are some kinds of what I have to consider; flexibility, goals which are given to teacher and students as well, revision to make sure students maintain what they learn and variety and balance.
