This unit examines the roles and qualities of teachers and students in a classroom.It presents answers to questions as to who is a good teacher and who is a good student.A good teacher should be a great manager or controller, an organizer, a prompter, a participant , and a tutor .Furthermore, this unit mentions the role of a teacher as to which and when should he or she interfere during lessons..It goes further to talk about who a learner is and a learners qualities,varying age groups and various difficulties and feelings that could be exhibited by them.For example adult students would come to class for the first time with a long history of learning experience ,meanwhile, issues like motivation, nervousness etc could also affect their performance level. This unit also elucidated on culture and first language and how influential it is when learning a second language.Language levels weren?t left out of this unit.A clear distinction has to be made to the language levels of students learning a second language.Beginners are those with zero language awareness meanwhile the elementary and other levels means the students have a certain knowledge of the second language their are about to learn .
