Language learning is a dynamic process, it must be used in meaningful context and not studied solely. Teachers should give opportunities to children to solve problems, discuss with their peers to be able to speak the target language. Teachers use standard communicative approach with students aged 5 to 9 , the teaching will be in English and lessons will involve a high level of physical activity, while communicative approach is used with students aged 9 to 13 which teachers again use english language only and the lessons will be student-centered. Learning environment is important and it varies according to the lesson plan and activities prepared. Circular is a good chance for the students to be able to see each other but it isolates the teacher. Semi-circular allows the teacher to be able to see all students and it gives a chance to the students to face the board to be able to write. Group tables may cause some problems in the class due to having the students sit far from the teacher. A teacher has many roles in a class as an instructor, facilitator, mentor.... Maturation is an important fact for a group of class. We as teachers need to consider maturation and its effects on classroom behaviors.
